Why this freezer inventory works
The freezer is where good intentions go to be forgotten. Out of sight, batch-cooked dinners and half-bags of veg quietly drift past their best. A simple list of what’s in there and when it went in turns the freezer back into a useful, money-saving asset instead of a frosty mystery box.
How to use it
- Print the PDF (US Letter or A4) and stick it on the freezer.
- Log each item with the date frozen and quantity as it goes in.
- Tick things off as you use them, and ‘shop your freezer’ first before buying more.
