Why this water tracker works
Drinking enough water fails on memory, not willpower — you simply forget until you’re already thirsty. Eight little squares per day sit there as a quiet prompt, and colouring one in each time you drink turns hydration into a satisfying, visible streak rather than a thing you keep meaning to do.
How to use it
- Print the PDF (US Letter or A4) and keep it where you’ll see it — desk, fridge, water bottle.
- Write the date on each row.
- Colour in a glass every time you drink. Aim to fill the row by bedtime.
