Why this habit tracker works

Habits stick when you can see the streak. List your habits down the side, the days across the top, and fill a square every day you show up. The growing row of marks becomes its own motivation — and missing one day stops feeling like failure when the rest of the row is full.

How to use it

  1. Print the PDF (Letter or A4) and write the month at the top.
  2. List three to five habits you actually want to build — start smaller than feels exciting.
  3. Fill in a square each day you do them. Aim for “don’t break the chain,” not perfection.

How many habits can I track?+

Up to ten on a single month grid. Honestly, three or four you actually do beats ten you ignore — start small and add as they stick.

Is it dated to a specific month?+

No, it's undated. Write the month and number the days yourself, so you can start on the 6th of June just as easily as the 1st of January.
