Why this weekly planner works
I designed this one after years of buying planners I never finished. It’s undated on purpose — start any week, skip a week, no guilt. Each day has a time-blocked strip and a checkbox list, with a single top-3 priorities box so the important things don’t drown in the noise.
How to use it
- Download the PDF above and open it — US Letter for the US, A4 everywhere else.
- Print at 100% / “actual size” so the layout stays sharp.
- Fill in your top 3 priorities first, then block the rest of the week around them.
A little tip: keep a printed stack by the coffee maker. The planner you can see is the one you’ll actually use.
